 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Lead and develop remote teams across multiple locations

 Drive strong planning rhythms: demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization
 </li>

 Lead country-level procurement execution by managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring continuity of supply, and driving cost, quality, and service improvements.

 Embed a continuous improvement mindset across processes, systems, and ways of working

 Partner closely with Operations, NPD, Finance, and central Supply Chain teams

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Inventory roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Emerging leadership experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing or working with remote or multi-country teams is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in food, FMCG, retail, or high-volume operations is a plus

 Role overview
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller who will be responsible for checking the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as the production procedures. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment. That way our customers will enjoy high-quality service so that we can achieve long-term success.
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle (from purchasing to customer delivery) to ensure they are efficient and comply with Food Safety &amp; Quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the concerned managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products per day, kitchen inspection results, Hygiene &amp; Sanitation Inspection, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and report any that doesn&rsquo;t meet the requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct staff awareness training sessions on food Safety &amp; quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team to develop and implement a food safety &amp; quality management system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address customer complaints by conducting a thorough investigation and preparing a corrective action plan for non-conformities.
 </li>

 Prepare and submit reports to the line manager.

 Must have had a minimum of 3 years of previous proven experience as a quality specialist, or any relevant role in the catering or hotel industry.

 Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from a Food Background (Food Technology/Food Science/Microbiology/Bio-Chemistry, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be HACCP certified with a Level 03 as a minimum requirement.
 </li>

 Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
 </li>

 Proficiency in MS Office.
 </li>

 Strong verbal and written English language skills.

 Role Overview
 
 
 We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to operate and manage Calo&rsquo;s food truck. This role will be part of the Retail team and will involve driving the truck to various retail and event locations, ensuring smooth setup and operations, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.
