In this dynamic role within the Learning &amp; Development Branch, you will conduct complex analytical tasks that drive the success of learning and development programs. Reporting to the Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent evaluates program effectiveness, develops and manages training contracts, maintains critical data within the department&rsquo;s learning management system (LMS), and oversees training materials that support in-person training.
