Position Summary:
The Search Marketing Senior Analyst is responsible for the day to day coordination of the Calvin Klein North America paid search and SEO programs. As a member of performance marketing team, you will help drive exceptional growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This person will partner with cross-functional teams at Calvin Klein and external agencies to continuously optimize demand and customer growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
SEM<ul>
<li>
Monitor campaign performance daily and react to deviations from plan quickly and strategically</li>
<li>Partner with search agency and engine reps to execute a program that represents a best in class campaign structure and audience strategy</li>
<li>Assist in sharing search marketing plans and performance for paid and organic search with key internal business partners. Attend appropriate meetings to understand business needs and manage agency as they execute plans within search to capitalize on trends, support category demand, promotions and/or brand campaigns.</li>
<li>Submit and manage any creative requests to the creative team to support key promotions, seasonal products and campaign moments for all Search, Shopping and Demand Gen campaigns</li>
<li>Maintain internal reporting on a weekly basis to ensure source of truth campaign data is tracked and shared with the proper internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Perform deep dive search analyses often to understand key trends and work with agencies and engine reps to make recommendations or bring forth testing opportunities based on these analyses</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Analytics team for any updates needed for reporting or performance tracking</li>
</ul>
SEO<ul>
<li>
Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the brand informed of industry best practices and updates among all SERP&rsquo;s. Stay on top of digital marketing trends to keep Calvin Klein at the forefront; Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand</li>
<li>Help optimize the Calvin Klein website and advise the ecommerce team on creating new shops &amp; refreshing metadata, bottom copy, and other on page elements based on SEO keyword research and best practices.</li>
<li>Push for content expansion to stay on top of SEO landscape as trends and ranking metrics evolve.</li>
<li>Lead efforts to elevate AI adoption across the brand to increase visibility in the space</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with the site team for any joint projects or requests to optimize organic search for key category terms by aligning with consumer search behavior to deliver traffic growth. This may come down the pipeline as we enter into new seasonal, promotional, and campaign moments.</li>
<li>Manage creative copy refreshes across the search account based on the season and brand campaign</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with the tech, dev, and SEO agency to help implement any technical updates to the site based on SEO research, best practices, and business goals</li>
<li>Monitor any SEO implementations to report out and share findings with the respective internal team</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>
Bachelor Degree Required</li>
<li>1 - 2 Years experience preferred
</li><li>Understanding of SEM and SEO best practices and experience in AdWords, SearchAds360, Google Search Console; Experience with search, shopping and demand gen campaigns</li>
<li>Strong grasp of retail math and performance marketing metrics, understanding of efficiency metrics</li>
<li>Data driven with strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to share learnings with the broader team</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple priorities, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Can-do mindset and team player</li>
<li>Strong project management skills</li>
</ul>

Pay Range:$74,100-$100,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. POSITION SUMMARY
The Sourcing Assistant&rsquo;s primary responsibility will be to ensure PVH data systems are updated and accurate for all sourcing related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul>
<li>
Centric PLM Data work / in season system responsibilities
<ul><li>Assign Vendors in Centric PLM during tech pack pass off</li>
<li>Change tech pack stage at seasonal milestones &amp; ensure NRF Color Code population</li>
<li>Troubleshoot style / cost flow system issues (entefy/ centric/7th online /blue yonder /SAP)</li>
<li>Run Seasonal Line Matrix/PLM Accuracy report at Style/Color level (Audit)</li>
</ul></li><li>Entefy Cost Platform
<ul><li>Responsible for validating Duty Rates in Entefy</li>
<li>Responsible for Entefy Cost Ledger pulls, cost audits &amp; seasonal entefy cost record maintenance</li>
<li>Upload seasonal PIR costing &amp; manage all PIR troubleshooting</li>
</ul></li><li>In Season Responsibilities
<ul><li>Support manager with seasonal tech pack hand off to vendors</li>
<li>Coordinate with hubs/vendors for all sample related requests (Concept, SMS &amp; Photoshoot) and partner with offshore PD team to ensure timeliness of samples</li>
<li>Lead weekly cross functional meetings &amp; guide conversations and decision making</li>
<li>Manage internal and external communication across cross functional teams and external vendor partners</li>
<li>Partner with manager on cost analysis and communicate any seasonal cost changes to merchandising teams</li>
</ul></li><li>Category management (Under guidance from Supervisor)<ul>
<li>Understand seasonal strategies to align day to day priorities</li>
<li>Engage PVH offshore offices (Hub Partners) and/or Supply Chain Partners for solutions as it relates to business needs</li>
<li>Engage with cross functional teams &amp; ensure calendar deadlines are met</li>
<li>Assist manager with allocation of development &amp; tech pack discussions</li>
<li>Track status and delivery of samples</li>
<li>Understanding of product costs</li>
<li>Collaborate with factories &amp; ISM Partners on daily tasks</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
<ul><li>1-2 years of related experience in sourcing, product development and/or production.</li>
<li>Product development or manufacturing-related background is preferred</li></ul> 
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is required, preferably in the fashion field
Skills:
<ul><li>Computer skills &ndash; Full MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Microsoft Excel Experience Preferred (Familiar with formulas / pivots)</li>
<li>Knowledge of or experience with Centric / PLM is helpful</li>
<li>Top-notch follow-up skills are essential</li>
<li>A proactive personality is needed</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Curiosity to learn</li>
<li>Great organizational skills</li>

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Must be extremely resourceful &ndash; learning and using all appropriate contacts to gather information for follow up. Acute follow-up skills are of utmost importance. Must be quick to learn new systems and how they share information.
