POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Sourcing Manager is responsible for multi-category, dual-gender management supporting business strategies in conjunction with the special projects space and with overarching Supply initiatives. This includes leading functions related to sourcing, product development, pre-production/production and meeting organizational KPI&rsquo;s.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic<ul><li>Clear understanding of divisional goals (quantitative &amp; qualitative) and seasonal strategies</li><li>Understand competition, macro-economic landscape; keep abreast with industry trends, trade regulation etc.</li><li>Manage to the total cost of goods/MMU for their business unit</li><li>Collaborate and drive process innovation &amp; improvements</li><li>Collaborate and drive project management calendar discipline (adherence &amp; mitigation)</li><li>Lead meetings with cross functional/global partners to ensure alignment.</li><li>Manage &amp; develop direct report.</li><li>Onboard new vendors</li><li>Develop &amp; Manage point to point vendor relationships.</li></ul>
Product Development/ Sourcing/ Manufacturing<ul><li>Spearhead product and raw material allocation based on vendor strategy, cost targets &amp; supplier capability.</li><li>Drive local raw material sourcing, in collaboration with RM partners.</li><li>Own timing for delivery of protos &amp; salesman samples as well as identification of mitigation opportunities for any delays.</li><li>Serve as the business-facing Sourcing lead in brand meetings/proto reviews/SMS reviews/line finalization meetings.</li><li>Lead efforts around special projects/new product launches/marketing initiatives.</li><li>Drive interaction with raw materials, technical design, and operations to provide manufacturing &amp; supply chain expertise to drive top-line, profitable sales.</li><li>Interface with cross functional teams on any product, quality or delivery issues and offers possible options to resolve.</li><li>Work in conjunction with planning lead on global supply planning long lead time commits, global reconciliation for collaborations.</li><li>VMS system management to ensure on-time delivery &amp; mitigate where possible.</li><li>Lead new vendor onboarding with cross-functional teams, ensuring vendors are connecting with all internal partners as needed to execute production.</li></ul>
Costing<ul><li>Create cost-guidance tools for design teams to reference when building products into designated cost buckets.</li><li>Maximize gross margin opportunities through leverage, product re-engineering and product versioning (where applicable).</li><li>Manage style costing in costing tool to ensure seamless data flows into Line Matrix.</li><li>Review costs prior to presentation to merchants (must be fact based and in line with the macro trends) and provide cost options as needed for margin improvements.</li><li>Establish/maintain cost folio within approved vendor matrix.</li><li>Lead vendor counter-sourcing initiatives, in alignment with sourcing strategy.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Minimum of 8 years&rsquo; experience in Product Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain related space.</li><li>Knowledge of contemporary apparel and product collaborations is preferred.</li></ul>

Pay Range:$121,400-$164,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Senior Director, Sourcing is to search and identify the best suppliers available to meet the requirements of the brand and to negotiate best terms for the production of apparel based on predetermined specifications. Ensure on time delivery of quality merchandise by effectively managing all production activities from end to end. 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Effectively identifies, sources, and negotiates all components of the product Coordinates all phases of product development and production, following preplanned timelines. Responsible for monitoring, and maintaining a method of evaluating the capabilities, capacity, management staff, and manufacturing performance of factories and resources Financially maximizes the Gross Margin plan of the classification(s) by assuring target costs are met, quality is maintained, deliveries are on time, and claims are minimized Conducts production meetings on a weekly basis<ul>

Negotiates final pricing within the parameters set by merchandising</li>
<li>Books raw materials and production</li>
<li>Issues orders, commitments, contracts</li>
<li>Travels to countries in which we do business to negotiate prices, monitor production, and to cover research and development responsibilities</li>
<li>Collaborates with Global Design, Merchants, Operations, Quality Control, Overseas offices, Direct to vendor</li>
<li>Creates time action calendars by class and monitors production against them.</li>
<li>Builds and maintains strong vendor partnerships</li>

<li>Strong product knowledge of Knits, wovens, denim &amp; Intimates wear</li>
<li>Delivery Follow Ups</li>
<li>Desing Aesthetics, creating seasonal ideation deck, creating entire product group.</li>
<li>Experience to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.</li>
<li>Experience in follow up for on time product launches</li>
<li>Extensive travel experience a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge in the following areas:</li>
