 Your Role
 
 
 
 
 As a designer, you will lead the vision for our product and brand design:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build an app that is universally approachable, fun to play, and trusted. Think fluid animations like the Family App, with the refined feel of a global-scale consumer app, all with crypto abstracted away
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft our brand identity and narrative, while owning our storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Simplify complex concepts whether it's our user experience, website, docs, guides, and down to the copy
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a design system that allows third party developers to easily customize our product
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 As part of the founding team, you will be involved in all aspects of building this company.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Active partner on strategy, product, engineering, go-to-market, compliance, etc. You will wear many hats and own work streams that you have no domain expertise in.
 </li>
 <li>
 Immediately help with hiring to build the company and culture you want.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years as a designer
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building apps at scale (1M+ users)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working at a startup
 </li>
 </ul>
