Position Summary
 Lay out, position, align, and fit together components to develop and install piping systems. .
 Primary Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, ISO’s, filed installations, material takeoffs, field sketches, and understand specifications</li>
<li>Fabricate and install screw pipe, socket weld pipe, stainless tubing, carbon steel weld pipe, stainless steel weld pipe</li>
<li>Miter and fabricate all pipe</li>
<li>Installs valves, underground pipe, pipe hangers and supports</li>
<li>Steam and heat tracing</li>
<li>Use beveling machine</li>
<li>Basic plumbing repair</li>
<li>Minor valve maintenance and repair</li>
<li>Test piping systems</li>
<li>Oxygen and acetylene cutting</li>
<li>Basic rigging</li>
<li>Operation of Pneumatic and Electric Tools</li>
<li>Leak test tubing systems</li>
<li>Additional responsibilities not listed may be required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience</li>
<li>NCCER Certified Plus – Perfered</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements: 
Ability to perform physical functions including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and other repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pipefitter

Position Summary
 Lays out, aligns and welds fabricated, cast and forged components to assemble structural forms
 such as machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells, buildings and pipe, according to blueprints and metallurgy.
 Primary Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Install, modify, and make repairs to pipe, boilers, towers, exchangers, furnaces, and drums</li>
<li>Set up equipment and weld either pipe, plate, or structural steel using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment</li>
<li>Work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications</li>
<li>Product quality work with reasonable efficiency</li>
<li>Perform simple piping installations and repairs</li>
<li>Assist other mechanics</li>
<li>Additional responsibilities not listed may be required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience</li>
<li>Must pass required weld test</li>
<li>Must be able to fabricate, bolt up and install piping systems.</li>

Position Summary
 Responsible for reading blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials required. Identify all tools required for tasks and identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
 
Primary Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Must have knowledge of towers/columns, exchangers</li>
<li>Repair and replace trays; knowledge of the bundles pulling process; repair and replace boiler tubes; and flame cutting.</li>
<li>Must also can perform advanced blueprint reading; advanced layout, where required;</li>
<li>Identify materials and layout on trays; install valves, trays and strainers; introduction to piping systems; pipefitting; manually cut pipe; and basic rigging.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Minimum 4 years of experience in boilermaker craft industry</li>
<li>NCEER Plus Certified - Preferred</li>
</ul>
