Roving Maintenance Technician
 
About the Role: 
CAM Properties is seeking a skilled and reliable Roving Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities. This role provides hands-on maintenance assistance across properties, ensuring all communities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair.</li>
<li>Complete service requests and work orders promptly and accurately.</li>
<li>Assist with unit turns, preventative maintenance, and special projects.</li>
<li>Travel to various CAM communities to provide maintenance coverage and support.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with residents and team members.</li>
<li>Follow all company and safety procedures.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of basic building systems and repairs.</li>
<li>EPA or HVAC certification preferred.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.</li>
<li>Strong communication and time management skills.</li>
</ul>
Schedule & Benefits:

<li>Full-time, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation as needed.</li>
