Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Be the first point of contact&mdash;welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude</li><li>
Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options</li><li>
Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products</li><li>
Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory&rsquo;s established sales systems</li><li>
Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach</li><li>
Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience</li><li>
Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals</li><li>
Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)</li><li>
Excellent communication skills&mdash;both written and verbal</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting</li><li>
Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)</li><li>
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li><li>
A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community</li></ul></div>
