 The Role
 
 
 
 As our
 
 SDR
 
 , you'll play the crucial role of
 
 breaking into new accounts
 
 and fostering relationships within our target customer segments in
 
 Turkey
 
 . You understand that this is one of the most vital roles in the company, directly impacting the bottom line by creating the initial pipeline. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate closely with the wider sales team, conduct market research, and qualify leads by learning about their approach to language education.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive New Business Growth: Execute targeted, outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify and Nurture Leads: Engage and develop leads (inbound and outbound) through multi-channel outreach including social selling, cold calls, email sequences, and event follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Master the Lead Lifecycle: Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and ensuring a seamless, qualified handoff to an Account Executive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diligently Follow Up: Conduct persistent follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully set.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to Sales Strategy: Share valuable market insights and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack by learning from our well-seasoned sales team.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Must-Haves
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Native in Turkish and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working directly with B2B clients in the Turkish market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You have a way with words and can write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with HR &amp; Learning Development teams or for a learning, e-learning, HR software, or wellbeing company.
