Job Offer: Senior Technical Spanish Architect &ndash; Kuwait (based between Spain, Kuwait offices)About Us: Cambraburo is an international architecture and interior design firm with offices in Spain, Kuwait, and Miami, specializing in high-end projects from design to on-site execution. We are looking for an experienced Technical Spanish Architect to join our international team.&#11835;Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Architecture with minimum 6&ndash;8 years of experience.</li><li>Strong background in technical drawings, architectural and interior detailing.</li><li>Proven on-site experience: supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control.</li><li>Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation.</li><li>Good level of spoken and written English (mandatory).</li><li>Spanish nationality or trained as an Architect in Spain.</li><li>Flexibility to travel between Spain, Kuwait, and Miami (majority of the time based in Kuwait).</li><li>Knowledge of MEP systems and lighting will be highly valued.</li></ul>&#11835;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and occasionally produce technical drawings.</li><li>Provide technical mentorship to junior staff.</li><li>Coordinate contractors and site works.</li><li>Prepare budgeting and cost control reports.</li><li>Act as site supervisor, including writing reports and client communication letters.</li><li>Ensure quality control of practice documentation and site works.</li></ul>&#11835;We Offer:<ul><li>Net monthly salary: &euro;3,000&ndash;&euro;3,500 depending on years of experience.</li><li>Contract under Kuwait labor legislation.</li><li>International experience in a multicultural environment.</li><li>Professional growth and development in high-level architecture and interior design projects.</li></ul>&#11835;Interested?
