<div><p>The Senior Employer Branding Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that highlight our culture, values, and employee experience to attract top talent and engage current employees. This role combines storytelling, content creation, video and photography production, and data-driven program design to position CMT as an employer of choice. You'll own the employee-facing content that shapes how it feels to work here &mdash; from the company newsletter to the videos and photos that show the real humans behind the mission &mdash; and you'll support the in-person events that bring our culture to life. This role reports to the Head of Branding and Internal Communications.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with CMT's culture and talent goals</li>
<li>Own the company newsletter end-to-end &mdash; editorial calendar, writing, editing, and measurement &mdash; making it something employees actually open and read</li>
<li>Craft compelling content across written, social, video, and photo formats (social posts, career site updates, blogs, internal comms, employee spotlights, team stories, recruiting videos, event recaps) that highlights our mission, values, and employee experience, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints</li>
<li>Build and run crowdsourced content programs that get people across the company creating &mdash; employee creator programs, content challenges, employee advocacy &mdash; equipping teammates with templates, prompts, and light coaching so the stories come from the people living them</li>
<li>Partner with People Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to design campaigns that engage potential candidates and inspire current employees</li>
<li>Analyze eNPS, engagement survey data, and other employee sentiment metrics to identify what's working and where to invest &mdash; then design programs that move the numbers</li>
<li>Monitor and manage CMT's employer reputation across online sources where candidates and employees rate us &mdash; Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, Comparably, Built In, and emerging platforms &mdash; tracking sentiment, responding to reviews, surfacing themes for leadership, and building proactive engagement strategies</li>
<li>Manage external partners when needed &mdash; videographers, photographers, freelance writers, designers, and agencies &mdash; keeping work on brand, on schedule, and on budget</li>
<li>Provide general support for in-person employee and recruiting events &mdash; offsites, all-hands, career fairs, campus recruiting, ERG events &mdash; from planning through on-site execution</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and employer brand metrics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives</li>
<li>Lead projects to amplify our presence in the job market, including developing employee advocacy programs, applying for workplace awards, and partnering with industry organizations</li>
<li>Work across teams to identify opportunities for alignment between employer branding efforts and broader brand and content goals</li>
<li>Stay updated on employer branding trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies fresh and competitive</li>
<li>Complete any additional tasks as they arise</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, talent marketing, content creation, or a related discipline</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and execute strategic branding initiatives that deliver measurable results</li>
<li>Exceptional storytelling skills, with experience crafting engaging content across written, social, video, and photo formats</li>
<li>Fluency with video editing &mdash; you can take raw footage and turn it into something worth watching, using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar</li>
<li>Comfortable behind a camera &mdash; shooting and editing photography for newsletters, social, the career site, and on-site event coverage</li>
<li>Experience building programs that get other people creating &mdash; employee advocacy, creator programs, crowdsourced content &mdash; and the coaching instincts to make non-marketers comfortable contributing</li>
<li>Analytical mindset &mdash; comfortable working with eNPS, engagement survey data, and campaign performance metrics, and translating what you find into programs that actually move the numbers</li>
<li>Experience managing external creative partners (videographers, photographers, freelancers, agencies) on brand, on schedule, and on budget</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively</li>
<li>Comfortable providing hands-on support for in-person events &mdash; logistics, setup, run-of-show, on-site execution</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments</li>
<li>Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and employer branding tools (LinkedIn Talent Brand / Careers Pages / Life Tab, Canva, or similar)</li>
<li>A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li>
<li>Writing and content samples / portfolio required with application &mdash; please include examples of written content, video, and any employee-facing programs you've built</li>

<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics, animation, or more advanced video production</li>
<li>Experience with workplace awards submissions (Built In, Glassdoor, Great Place to Work, etc.)</li>

Senior Employer Branding Manager

<div><p>As a Principal Digital Brand Designer I at CMT, you will build a standout, recognizable, and consistent visual brand &mdash; and scale it across every surface where CMT shows up. You'll join a growing creative team and play a central role in shaping how we look and feel across digital, motion, web, and beyond. This role is for a designer who loves the craft of brand building and knows how to leverage modern digital tools and AI to move faster, push further, and make our brand impossible to ignore. You'll collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and recruiting to make sure everything from a trade show booth to a LinkedIn ad to a motion graphic on the homepage looks unmistakably like CMT.</p>

Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Build a standout, recognizable, and consistent visual brand that sets CMT apart in mobility, tech, and AI</li>
<li>Support branding, revenue, and hiring efforts with standout design across campaigns, sales enablement, recruiting content, and executive communications</li>
<li>Maintain CMT's brand guidelines to give every team the tools to create on-brand work</li>

<li>Build design tools and systems that enable the entire organization to create content quickly and on-brand &mdash; templates, automations, and workflows that scale beyond the design team</li>
<li>Build and maintain an asset library of on-brand video, photography, icons, and templates for teams to pull from and build on</li>
<li>Bring digital design expertise to the role &mdash; video, motion, web graphics, and interactive formats &mdash; and move the brand forward digitally rather than keeping it locked to print</li>
<li>Leverage digital tools and AI to enhance creative output, accelerate production, and expand what a small team can deliver</li>
<li>Design digital campaigns and assets: paid social, display, landing pages, animated web content, email, motion graphics for events and product launches</li>
<li>Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Recruiting, and Events to translate business priorities into creative work that performs</li>
<li>Act as a mentor to other designers and creative contributors on the growing creative team, raising the bar on craft</li>
<li>Track design and brand trends &mdash; especially in tech, mobility, and AI &mdash; and find new opportunities for CMT's brand leadership</li>
<li>Consult with other departments to understand their needs and design solutions that work for their audiences</li>
<li>Complete any additional tasks that may arise</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in graphic design, digital design, creative arts, or a related field</li>
<li>7+ years of relevant working experience in design, with a strong focus on brand building and digital craft</li>
<li>Strong portfolio of brand and digital work &mdash; campaigns, motion, web, video, and brand systems</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, Figma, or similar)</li>
<li>Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, and Canva &mdash; comfortable designing and publishing within the platforms marketing teams actually use day-to-day</li>
<li>Experience building and launching brand guidelines, brand systems, and media kits &mdash; and driving adoption across teams</li>
<li>Digital-first instincts: comfort with motion, web graphics, interactive formats, and design systems</li>
<li>Deep fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other frontier AI systems &mdash; you use them daily to scale your work, automate production, and build tools and products for the organizations you support</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with AI photography and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Veo, Flux, or similar), and a point of view on how to use these tools without losing craft</li>
<li>Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, effective designs</li>
<li>Excellent typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail with a results-driven attitude</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability in time management and multitasking; the ability to meet tight deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise wide latitude for independent judgment</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Team player with the desire to mentor and raise the bar on craft</li>
<li>Ability and desire to be an evangelist for CMT's mission and brand</li>
