The Healthcare Group Company is specifically designated for interior renovations of Subacute &amp; Skilled Nursing Healthcare. The Construction/Design division supports our facility's renovation projects. We are looking for an Advanced Junior Designer who is looking for an opportunity to grow with us.
Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>
Develop design &amp; millwork drawings using AutoCAD.</li><li>
Draw 3D renderings to visualize design concepts using SketchUp.</li><li>
Assist senior designers with millwork &amp; project management admin tasks.</li><li>
Assist senior designers with FF&amp;E selections &amp; create presentations when needed.</li><li>
Multitasking multiple phases of projects at a time, working under a senior designer</li><li>
Site walkthroughs for field verification when necessary</li><li>
Organize &amp; maintain library and project samples.</li><li>
Schedule meetings with vendors to keep the FF&amp;E library up to date</li><li>
Research industry FF&amp;E specifications.</li><li>
Provide administrative support to the design team.</li><li>
Participate in project meetings.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience in an interior design firm or related field</li><li>
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field</li><li>
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, and Microsoft</li><li>
Basic knowledge of construction details, including millwork</li><li>
Strong organizational skills</li><li>
Multitasking and prioritizing</li><li>
Great written and verbal communication and collaboration skills</li><li>
Attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Physical ability to lift samples</li><li>
Ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a professional manner</li><li>
Knowledge of basic building codes, regulations, and industry standards</li><li>
A positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn
Salary Range-$45k to $50k
