Salary range: $79k/yr.-$100k/yr.
Responsibilities for a Unit Manager:<ul><li>
Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unit</li><li>
Oversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unit</li><li>
Ensures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of Nursing</li><li>
Actively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of Nursing</li><li>
Participates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs</li></ul> 
Qualifications for a Unit Manager<ul><li>
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.</li><li>
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)</li><li>
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.</li><li>
Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, Subacute, hospital or other related health care Center.</li></ul>
