$38-$60 an hour
Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:<ul><li>
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey</li><li>
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting</li><li>
No previous supervisor experience needed, we will train you</li><li>
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public</li><li>
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center</li></ul>
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:<ul><li>
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey</li><li>
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)</li><li>
Ability to work with multiple patients at once</li></ul>
