Pay Rate:$45,000 - $50,000 (salary)

Camden Logistics is seeking a highly organized and creative Executive Assistant / Social Media Manager to support executive leadership while managing and growing the company&rsquo;s online presence. This role combines administrative excellence with digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both structured and creative environments.

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and daily coordination</li><li>
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements</li><li>
Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of leadership</li><li>
Maintain organization of documents, reports, and key business information</li><li>
Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms</li><li>
Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments as needed</li><li>
Track analytics and performance metrics to improve social media strategy</li><li>
Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership on branding, messaging, and online presence</li><li>
Ensure consistency and professionalism across all digital channels</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, LinkedIn)</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Education and Experience</h3><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or social media role preferred</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)</li><li>
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)</li><li>
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools</li><li>
Experience with Google Analytics or social media analytics tools preferred</li><li>
Background in marketing, communications, or business administration is a plus</li></ul>
