<li>Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy</li></ul><br>

<li>Follow the &ldquo;Six Rights&rdquo; of medication administration and proper documentation standards</li></ul><br>

<li>Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects</li></ul><br>

<li>Report changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts</li></ul><br>

<li>Support residents with activities of daily living as needed</li></ul><br>

<li>Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements</li></ul><br>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Active CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply)</li></ul><br>

<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Reliable, focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li></ul><br>
