Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable.</li><li>Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.</li><li>Upsell menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.</li><li>Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.</li><li>Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems.</li><li>Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.</li><li>Ability to handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Excellent multitasking skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.</li></ul>Join our team today and be part of an exciting dining experience where your contributions make a difference!Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
