 will be responsible for establishing and leading the company&rsquo;s presence in the Kingdom, with a particular focus on
 
 
 localising the company&rsquo;s products and services

 This is a strategic and operational leadership role that requires deep understanding of the Saudi energy market, government and regulatory frameworks, and localisation programs
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Market Entry &amp; Localisation Strategy
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute a comprehensive localisation strategy for products, services, and operations in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and local content requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and establish local manufacturing, assembly, or service partnerships to meet localisation goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt global offerings to meet Saudi technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Business Development &amp; Key Account Management
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead business development efforts with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), NEOM, ARAMCO and other key energy sector entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute growth plan for KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote Camlin solutions to customers via Partner network and direct sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve customer satisfaction by understanding customer requirements, communicating and delivering solutions to exceed their expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Partner Success Program leader to review existing Partner network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct frequent business reviews with Partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, EPCs, OEMs, and utilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop winning strategies for tenders, bids, and framework agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to inform business strategy.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Establishing Operations
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Set up and manage the Camlin Saudi facility (legal registration, licensing, HR, finance, and logistics).
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop operational processes and ensure compliance with Saudi labour, tax, and commercial laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select, negotiate, and establish relationships with local suppliers, consultants, and service providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Global Service Director to develop and implement plan to enhance technical support for Partners &amp; End Customers in country.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Team Building &amp; Leadership
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recruit, train, and lead a local team across sales, technical, project management, and administrative functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a performance-driven, compliant, and inclusive culture aligned with corporate values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperate closely with Camlin internal teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and maximize the customer&rsquo;s overall satisfaction
 </li>

 To operate to the highest business standards, manage risk and protect the Camlin Group brand.

 </ul>
 
 
 Financial &amp; Strategic Management
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and deliver annual business plans, including P&amp;L responsibility for Saudi operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the country unit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify investment needs for infrastructure, talent, and localisation initiatives.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Representation
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and client meetings in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with ministries (Energy, Industry, Investment) and relevant agencies to support localisation and business expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with ESG, health &amp; safety, and corporate governance standards.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Essential Criteria
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of experience in the energy or power sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in market entry, localisation, or JV establishment in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of local procurement processes, grid connection requirements, and technical specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong network within Saudi energy ecosystem, including MoE, SEC, Aramco, and EPCs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven sales experience and a firm track record in a technical environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
 </li>
 <li>
 Target driven individual who thrives under pressure and is ambitious to succeed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel throughout Middle East region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Energy Management, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic required
