What You Will Experience In This Role:

CAMP is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our finance team in its Merrimack, NH office. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will support Business Unit Management and Corporate Executive Management.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis:</li>
<li>Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to forecast expense and cash flow</li>
<li>Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and anomalies</li>
<li>Prepare KPI&rsquo;s and corresponding analysis across the organization.</li>
<li>Reporting:</li>
<li>Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for senior leadership and stakeholders</li>
<li>Perform analysis, reporting, and auditing for Sales, Operations, and Human Resources.</li>
<li>Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Business Units</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with organizational goals and track progress</li>
<li>Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations, as required.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field</li>
<li>2-4 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Excel modeling and data analysis skills is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrity</li>
<li>Experience writing SQL queries is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Accounting systems is a plus (Oracle, Planful, Acumatica etc.)</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and ability to travel as necessary</li>
<li>Effective as a team player and working autonomously</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment</li></ul>
