If interested, please find a further description below.Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Work independently and with other attorneys in the firm on active case files.</li><li>Communicating and meeting with clients, other counsel, court staff, and governmental administrative agencies via telephone, mail, and email.</li><li>Using case management software to track and update case matters and tasks, and maintain a calendar for responses, hearings, etc.</li><li>Drafting notices, petitions, pleadings, discovery requests, monitoring discovery compliance, motions, correspondence, and other documents related to the active case file.</li><li>Legal research and drafting.</li><li>Facilitating filings through state and federal filing portals.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Licensed attorney in the State of Florida.</li><li>2 to 4 years of practical legal experience in the area of civil litigation.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Case Management software.</li><li>Working knowledge and experience with federal and state court e-filing portals.</li></ul><ul><li>Location: 2750 Dora Avenue, Tavares Florida (Lake County)</li></ul>Benefits/Perks<ul><li>Salary: Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year with incentives based on collections.
