This is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted brand and play a key role in expanding our market presence both domestically and internationally.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Launch and manage product marketing campaigns to build strong brand visibility in the market.</li><li>Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.</li><li>Monitor the field sales team&rsquo;s activities and provide real-time guidance to improve performance.</li><li>Boost overall sales by developing relationships with new clients and with existing ones.</li><li>Analyze sales reports and marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.</li><li>Maintain and report lead data within Salesforce.</li><li>Track competitor activities and adjust sales &amp; marketing plans accordingly</li><li>Prepare quarterly sales &amp; sales forecasts and performance reports for MD.</li><li>Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, on-ground promotions, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Min 3 Years experience in product marketing and sales leadership.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Last salary withdrawing? </li><li>What is the size and structure of the current sales and marketing team?
