<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">The Role</h1>
We&rsquo;re hiring a Technical Support Agent to help distributors get fast, effective support as they scale on Canals. Our customers rely on our platform for mission-critical workflows &mdash; and maintaining a 1-minute average response time is part of what sets our team apart.
You&rsquo;ll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through our tools, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience. You&rsquo;ll also gain exposure to the systems that power our platform &mdash; working with tools like Zendesk, Postman, FullStory, and SQL to diagnose and resolve issues.

What You&rsquo;ll Do</h1><ul><li>
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, maintaining our 1-minute average first response time.</li><li>
Troubleshoot product and integration issues, escalating when needed to Support Engineers or Product.</li><li>
Use Postman to test API endpoints and SQL to run basic queries for debugging or validation.</li><li>
Investigate customer behavior and issues using FullStory session data.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with CSMs and the Solutions team to ensure smooth onboarding and post-launch support.</li><li>
Document resolutions and update internal Zendesk macros and knowledge base articles.</li><li>
Identify recurring issues and propose process or product improvements.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Bring</h1><ul><li>
Typically, 1&ndash;3 years of experience in technical support for a SaaS product.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills &mdash; you explain technical issues clearly and concisely.</li><li>
Ability to translate complex topics for non-technical users.</li><li>
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.</li><li>

Technical Support Agent - North America

<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">The Role</h1>
As an early member of the Marketing team, you&rsquo;ll lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive both new logo pipeline and cross-sells. We&rsquo;ve only just begun to run paid media and email campaigns, so there is plenty of opportunity for growth on existing and new channels.
This role is strategically important in ensuring Canals stays top-of-mind to our target audience year-round, beyond key in-person moments.The ideal candidate combines tactical execution with creativity and strategic thinking to help us break through to them. If you love testing, iterating and experimenting to drive measurable results, this could be the role for you.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h1><ul><li>
Develop and implement outbound campaigns tied to intent signals, internal initiatives, and lifecycle marketing programs</li><li>
Plan, launch, and scale paid search and social campaigns to deliver measurable growth and support ABM initiatives</li><li>
Identify, vet and manage advertising and content syndication opportunities with industry associations and publications that reach our target audience</li><li>
Evaluate and test emerging platforms and additional channels, such as billboards and direct mail</li><li>
Set up nurture programs for every stage of the funnel to create and accelerate pipeline</li><li>
Partner with Sales to ensure seamless land handoff and create templated sequences for outreach and follow-up</li><li>
Create compelling copy and creative, aligning to established messaging, tailoring based on persona, and personalizing at scale</li><li>
Build and maintain campaign landing pages</li><li>
Develop and track a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, placements, messaging, and offers</li><li>
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on ROI, using insights to iterate and improve results and sharing learnings with the broader team</li><li>
Manage day-to-day operations of campaigns from start to finish, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>
Manage agencies and outside resources to achieve goals</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Bring</h1><ul><li>
Typically, 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, campaign management or a related field, preferably at a B2B SaaS early-stage startup</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in multi-channel programs, including email, search, social, display, and retargeting</li><li>
Proven track record of driving lead and pipeline growth through creative, data-driven campaigns.</li><li>
Analytical, test-and-learn mindset with a bias for action</li><li>
Superb writing and communication skills</li><li>
Self-motivated and proactive &mdash; someone who gets things done without hand-holding</li><li>
