</p><div><b>JOB SUMMARY:</b></div>
<div>
The Maintenance Technician III supports production operations by performing preventative electrical/mechanical maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs production equipment, and performs repairs and maintenance of facility. Completes preventive maintenance and general maintenance in proper working order while abiding by all specified rules and regulations.
</div><div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL </b><b>FUNCTIONS:</b>
</div><ul><li>Performing troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems.
</li></ul><ul><li>Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment- overhead cranes, roll formers, press brakes and resistance welders. Assist with the service and repairing of more complex equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Complying with applicable regulations according to OSHA and the department's Safety program.
</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC programs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide scheduled and emergency repairs to production equipment during production shift.
</li></ul><ul><li>Install and maintain production/facility equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.
</li></ul><ul><li>Adhere to safety protocols.
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
</li></ul><ul><li>Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
</li></ul>Requirements:
<div><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b>
</div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school preferred.
</li></ul><ul><li>At least 3 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
</li></ul><ul><li>Able to read electrical schematics, and mechanical Drawings
</li></ul><ul><li>Able to perform electrical troubleshooting and have a knowledge of electrical controls.
</li></ul><ul><li>Must have the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulics, electrical panels and electric motors.
</li></ul><ul><li>Must have basic knowledge of lock out / tag out and PPE.
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in operating, troubleshooting and repairing various types of production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Licensed electrician, preferred.

</div><ul><li>Manufacturing floor with machinery.
</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme heat and cold.
</li></ul><ul><li>Use of personal protection equipment is required.
