Facility &amp; Maintenance Operations<ul><li>Supervise maintenance and repair of physical infrastructure: HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, water supply, and medical gas systems.</li><li>Oversee regular AC repair and maintenance to ensure temperature control in patient care and equipment-sensitive areas.</li><li>Manage the laundry department to maintain hygiene and efficiency in line with hospital infection control standards.</li><li>Administer all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for building systems, equipment, elevators, DG sets, fire safety systems, and utilities.</li><li>Ensure facility safety, compliance, and documentation aligned with regulatory standards (NABH, JCI, OSHA, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance activities.</li></ul>IT Infrastructure &amp; Systems<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate maintenance of IT products, including computers, servers, printers, telecommunication systems, and network infrastructure.</li><li>Liaise with the hospital&rsquo;s IT team and vendors for troubleshooting and support of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), PACS, and other healthcare software platforms.</li><li>Monitor IT-related AMCs, software licenses, warranty renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Ensure data security, uptime of hospital digital systems, and availability of IT assets in all departments.</li><li>Support IT asset procurement, inventory, and maintenance schedules.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;55,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hospitality: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
