Job descriptionRole &amp; responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished goods.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage transportation, dispatch scheduling, and route planning to ensure timely deliveries.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of dispatches, challans, e-way bills, and logistics documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with transporters, warehouse, sales teams, and customers for smooth operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies proactively.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs during transportation.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor freight costs, negotiate with transporters, and support cost optimization initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.</li></ul>Preferred candidate profile<ul><li>Graduate</li></ul><ul><li>1-5 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain (FMCG/food industry preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and e-way bill system.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
