Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with NEBOSH Certificate to ensure the safety of our project sites, with a focus on substation projects. The successful candidate will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct site inspections, and promote a culture of safety among all staff and contractors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, company policies, and client requirements.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding safety matters.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees, contractors, and subcontractors.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HSE standards for substation projects.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Job DescriptionWe are urgently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in pre-tender and post-tender activities. The candidate will support our projects in cost planning, tendering, contract management, and financial control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates</li><li>Review subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets</li><li>Manage contract reviews, commercial risks, and obligations</li><li>Handle variations, claims, and project cost control</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in pre/post tender QS</li><li>Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and costing</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
