 Position Outline:
 
 
 
 The COO, will spearhead the scale-up from
 
 ₹100 Cr to ₹ 250 Cr
 
 across three product divisions having different customer segments of domestic &amp; global market and focus to improve the export market share. These divisions work independently, yet share common fabric inputs but perform and contribute differently to scale-up for achieving vision.

 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 The role demands as
 
 independent working
 
 of institutionalizing systems, leveraging ERP, ensuring operational excellence, and driving profitable growth in both domestic and global markets &mdash; all aligned with the company vision through deep dive, speed, and agile decision-making.
 
 
 
 
 
 Currently, the operational efficiency of all divisions aligned to business demand getting ascertained by promoter and home-grown manager to meet OTIF on optimum cost. COO has to ensure to relieve the promoter from this role and responsibility.

 Candor Textiles is a manufacturing and exporting Company of repute having turnover of Rs. 100 Crs.+ situated in Khandwa Road, Indore
 
 .
 
 We are looking for Executive- Logistic. This role involves preparation of accurate documentation (Domestic &amp; Export), timely shipment of goods and accurate financial documentation for international clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities-
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Creation of Sales Invoice and Credit Notes&nbsp;for both domestic and exports on a daily basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Export Documentation and declaration post-dispatch
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure timely clearance of import shipments without any overdue BE charges and Interest on Import Duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of import documents and close the Bill of Entry in Bank.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verification of transporters/courier bills for timely payment by the finance and accounts team
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales Plan Generation &amp; execution: Coordination with stakeholders to ensure dispatch of the sales plan
 </li>
 <li>
 MIS &amp; reporting: Import Control File, Invoice Control File
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring 5S is maintained and working on Kaizens
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 -
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in export documentation and invoicing in a logistics/export-oriented role.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Salary Range- 3-3.6 LPA
