Cannon &amp; Associates is growing, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for our expanding law firm. This position is responsible for vendor management, maximizing marketing ROI, data-driven decision-making, and supporting the firm&rsquo;s overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate brings proven marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $90,000 Depending on Experience
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and execute the firm&rsquo;s marketing strategy to support revenue goals</li><li>
Manage marketing vendors, budgets, and performance metrics</li><li>
Monitor campaign analytics and report results with an ROI focus</li><li>
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising</li><li>
Lead content strategy &mdash; social media, newsletters, blog posts, and branded materials</li><li>
Support reputation management: Google reviews, client stories, testimonials</li><li>
Track and optimize performance for intake, lead quality, and conversion rates</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels</li><li>
Coordinate firm events, sponsorships, and community engagement opportunities</li><li>
Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads on initiatives and messaging</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred</li><li>
3+ years of marketing experience required &mdash; legal or service industry experience a plus</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics</li><li>
Experience managing external agencies and/or marketing vendors</li><li>
Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads)</li><li>
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines</li><li>
Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement</li></ul>
