<div>Overview:

Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for picking, packing, and all physical &amp; system material movements which support the warehouse activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, FIFO inventory movements, processing shipments, locating inbound materials, cycle counting and all system corresponding transactions. All activities supports annual targets in line with business Order fill, Case fill, Inventory accuracy, Gross Sales Volume and Manufacturing production requirements. Material Handlers will also be accountable for the accuracy of material financial system integrity.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintains safe, clean and orderly work environment at all times</li><li>
Loads materials onto vehicles, installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage while in transit</li><li>
Safely moves, loads, and unloads product to and from pallet racks with MHE above or below ground</li><li>
Reads orders and/or follows oral instructions to meet scheduled activities as directed</li><li>
Receive materials and verify materials against packing lists to ensure the accuracy of the delivery</li><li>
Works effectively in a team environment and demonstrates flexibility in all assigned tasks</li><li>
Communicates effectively, reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating policies, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals</li><li>
Wears personal protective Equipment as required for the job</li><li>
Operates and drives gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or locate, relocate, and stack products, equipment, or materials in warehouse or storage locations</li><li>
Support the processing of all sales orders and/or outbound request daily to meet customer expectations and business order fill targets and KPIs</li><li>
Rotate materials for shipments and storage with regard to FIFO</li><li>
Work with team (Vendors, Planning, Production Managers, Quality and Staff) to ensure optimum efficiency within the order fulfillment process</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Must have at least 1 year experience and be certified to operate gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric powered MHE (tuggers, standup forklifts, walkie-stacker &amp; personal transport carts)</li><li>
Familiarity with MS Office, WMS and RF scanner devices is desired</li><li>
Knowledge of metering, weighting, logging and other shipping procedures</li><li>
Working knowledge &amp; application of domestic and international shipping carriers, customs, duties and shipping regulations as well as internal tools used (e.g., scanning equipment, hot-synching of scanners, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts</li><li>
Must be able to operate a forklift</li><li>
Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must</li><li>
Ability to work overtime &amp; meet deadlines</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Physical Demands</b></p><ul><li>
Must be capable of standing and/or walking for extended periods (at least 2 hours straight, 4 times per an 8-hour day). Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, crouch, squat and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis</li><li>

Warehouse Material Handler II

<div>Overview:
<div>
Act as the first point of contact for outside visitors, vendors, etc. Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. May arrange for transportation services when needed. Operates a switchboard typically to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls; performs related duties as required.</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Handle all incoming calls, using a main or floor switchboard, routes calls to appropriate party</li><li>
Greet outside visitors in a professional manner</li><li>
May sign for incoming and outgoing packages; route to appropriate party</li><li>
Use internal paging system</li><li>
Call for car service or messenger as requested by client</li><li>
May perform filing, typing and other administrative duties as requested by client</li><li>
Assist various departments with mass mailings</li><li>
May receive and route faxes</li><li>
May schedule conference room based on client requests and order catering as needed</li><li>
Due to changing technology in office automation, will be required to learn new features and functionalities of copying machines, faxes, scanning, other equipment, PBX boxes as introduced at the site</li><li>
Prepare monthly production and volume reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing charges</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school Diploma or equivalent
</li><li>2 years direct experience as a receptionist</li><li>
Some prior experience working in a professional office environment, preferred</li><li>
Able to operate various office equipment</li><li>
Basic computer skills required (Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Ability to perform routine functions of various equipment and systems (internal phone directory, office directory, as well as photocopying, color copying, faxing, etc.)</li><li>

Works as a multi-functional logistician specialized in receiving, storing, distributing, delivering, material handling, warehousing and shipping operations, in a work environment focused on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).</div>
Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordinator I:</b><br>

<ul><li>In addition to the above duties, experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.</li><li>Experience with GDP (Good Documenting Practices) is preferred.</li><li>Experience with SAP software is preferred.
</li><li>May be required to handle and transport hazardous materials. May be required to handle dry ice.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Logistics Coordinator III</b><b><i>:</i></b><br>
<ul><li>In addition to the above duties, experience in a cGMP environment is required.</li><li>Experience with GDP (Good Documenting Practices) is required.</li><li>Experience with SAP software is required.

</li></ul>May be additionally required to perform the following OSR related duties:<br>
Handling, routing, pick-up and delivery activities of mail operation and the assignment &amp; participation of tasks involving all activities; performs related duties as required.</div>

Logistics Coordinator - 1st Shift

Under general supervision, the bindery clerk binds printed material by setting up and operating finishing equipment, verifies quality and maintains equipment and supplies.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Review, prioritize and perform production requests according to complexity and urgency</li><li>Ensure that the output is quality checked and accurately meet the instructions as submitted</li><li>Achieve production and quality standards by observing equipment operations</li><li>Detect malfunctions and deviations and adjust controls to correct</li><li>Controls costs by conserving use of equipment and supplies</li><li>Deliver requested jobs within established timeframes

Qualifications:

</li><li>Ability to prioritize and work with co-workers, supervisors and customers</li><li>
