Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide warm, attentive service to guests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
</li><li>Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods or unusual events.
</li><li>Monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet, assisting managers in identifying and resolving guest concerns.
</li><li>Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
</li><li>Accurately take and process guest orders while communicating clearly and pleasantly.
</li><li>Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
</li><li>
Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.
</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
</li><li>Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
