Canopy Landscapes is hiring a Landscape Designer &amp; Sales Representative to support both residential and commercial design-build projects. This role blends landscape and hardscape design, estimating, and client-facing sales. Ideal candidates are design-savvy, organized, and comfortable guiding projects from first meeting through contract.Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess sites, needs, and budgets</li><li>Create landscape and hardscape designs from concept through construction documents</li><li>Design patios, walkways, retaining walls, plazas, site features, and related elements</li><li>Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals</li><li>Use LMN or comparable estimating software for pricing and job costing</li><li>Present designs and proposals and close projects</li><li>Coordinate project handoff to operations and support construction as needed</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure buildable designs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in landscape design-build (residential and/or commercial)</li><li>Proficiency in Vectorworks for landscape and hardscape design, or other CAD or comparable design software</li><li>Experience estimating landscape construction projects</li><li>Strong understanding of hardscape materials and construction methods</li><li>Excellent communication and client service skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience using LMN</li><li>Degree or training in landscape architecture, landscape design, or related field</li><li>Sales experience in a design-build environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Performance-based incentives or commission</li><li>Growth opportunities within a design-build company</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What do you enjoy the most about working in the green industry?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Landscape Sales: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
