MERS Transfer of Servicing/Beneficiary Rights:<ul><li>
Process Transfer of Servicing (TOS) and Transfer of Beneficiary (TOB) rights within MERS guidelines upon loan sale or transfer.</li><li>
Obtain and review daily Purchase Advices to ensure transfers are executed promptly and correctly.</li></ul>
MERS Reconciliation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between the MERS&reg; System and the company's Loan Origination System (LOS) to identify and cure all discrepancies.</li><li>
Maintain documentation and files for MERS audits and annual reports, ensuring 100% compliance with MERSCORP Holdings rules and guidelines.</li><li>
Perform MIN-level research and resolution for any MERS-related issues or rejects/warnings.</li><li>
Conduct reverification of employment, income, assets, and other critical loan applications data via phone, email, and mail.</li></ul>
QC Reverification Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct reverification of employment, income, assets, and other critical loan applications data via phone, email, and mail.</li><li>
Document all reverification attempts and results accurately in the loan origination system.</li><li>
Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and escalate them to the appropriate parties for resolution ? Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with internal teams, borrowers, employers, and financial institutions.</li><li>
Assist in preparing reports on reverification activities and findings</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with industry&rsquo;s best practices and regulatory changes.</li></ul>
Servicing Responsibilities:<ul><li>
 Perform Interim Mortgage Servicing functions per investor and agency guidelines as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
 Two years of similar or related experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>
Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate and provide customer service required.</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.</li><li>
Excellent time management skills with an emphasis on quality.</li><li>
Must be self-motivated, creative and able to work in a team environment while thinking independently and sharing knowledge and ideas.</li><li>
Must be able to multitask between multiple projects and able to adapt to constant modification of the workflow.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
$20-24 DOE.</div>
