</b></div><div>We are seeking an <b>AI Creative Designer </b>to join our Marketing and Digital Strategy team. This individual will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and creative technologies to develop compelling, consumer-focused digital content across multiple platforms.
</div><div>Day-to-day responsibilities include:
</div><ul><li><p>Support digital and print design initiatives across Cantor Fitzgerald and its affiliate companies, such as digital content and sales-enablement collateral, including: pitchbooks, one-pagers, business cards, event invitations, save the dates, and agendas.
</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate financial concepts into engaging, consumer-friendly content
</p></li><li><p>Create AI-generated video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
</p></li><li><p>Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-video, image generation, motion graphics, voice synthesis) to produce scalable creative content and multimedia campaigns including video, animation, motion graphics, and interactive digital experiences
</p></li><li><p>Optimize content for performance metrics including engagement, conversion, and brand awareness
</p></li><li><p>Stay current on emerging AI creative technologies and social media trends, recommending innovative applications
</p></li><li><p>Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, particularly within financial services
</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment<br>
</p></li></ul><div></div><div><b>Qualifications:
</b></div><ul><li><p>Enthusiastic self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of design principles and techniques.
</p></li><li><p>Prioritize, plan, and follow through on projects with attention to detail
</p></li><li><p>Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Office &ndash; specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop &amp; Illustrator)
</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of social media design features (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
</p></li><li><p>Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software is preferred.
</p></li><li><p>UI/UX experience is a plus.
</p></li><li><p>The use of a Mac system is a plus / calibrated display equipment.<br>
</p></li></ul><div></div><div><b>Educational Qualifications:
</b></div><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required (Design, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred)<br>
</p></li></ul><div></div><div><b>Salary: </b>$120,000 &ndash; $160,000
</div><div>The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).</div></div><p></p>
