This position would also handle or assist with arbitrations and trials that may be nationwide. Therefore, some travel is expected. The business litigation practice includes significant work relating to franchise disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and general commercial litigation. Our clients range from Fortune 500 and small business owners to high-level executives and professionals.
