The RoleThe Digital Marketing Coordinator ensures MFUSED&rsquo;s digital presence operates with excellence &mdash; supporting website updates, email campaigns, SEO initiatives, paid media reporting, and CRM management. This role executes day-to-day digital tasks that bring MFUSED&rsquo;s brand campaigns and product launches to life across multiple platforms.While not a creative development role, this position requires a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of how content, data, and digital systems work together to deliver great brand experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, technically capable, and eager to learn within a collaborative, high-performing marketing team.What You&rsquo;ll Do <ul><li>Website Maintenance &amp; Content Updates </li><li>Support day-to-day website updates including product listings, event pages, and promotional content.</li><li>Coordinate with creative and product teams to ensure visuals, copy, and assets are accurate and compliant.</li><li>Partner with vendors and developers to troubleshoot and enhance website functionality.</li><li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO) </li><li>Implement keyword strategies and page optimizations to improve organic visibility.</li><li>Maintain metadata, site structure, and basic SEO best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with external SEO partners to track and report on performance metrics.</li><li>Email &amp; CRM Execution </li><li>Build and deploy email campaigns using approved content and templates.</li><li>Manage audience segmentation, contact list hygiene, and automated workflows in HubSpot.</li><li>Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, unsubscribes) and deliver insights to improve campaign results.</li><li>Digital Advertising Support </li><li>Assist in trafficking assets and updating creative for paid search, display, and social campaigns managed by internal or agency partners.</li><li>Monitor live campaigns for accuracy, correct tagging, and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Consolidate ad performance data and communicate results to the marketing team.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting </li><li>Monitor digital KPIs in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot dashboards.</li><li>Compile and summarize monthly performance data for leadership review.</li><li>Support Marketing Operations by validating tracking accuracy and tagging consistency.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration </li><li>Work closely with Brand, Channel, and Product Marketing to ensure digital campaigns reflect broader brand goals.</li><li>Coordinate with Marketing Operations and Compliance on asset approval and data governance.</li><li>Collaborate with agencies to ensure timelines and deliverables are met across digital channels.</li></ul>What You Bring <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).</li><li>2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution, preferably within cannabis, CPG, or retail.</li><li>Practical knowledge of CRM tools, email platforms, and analytics systems (HubSpot and GA4 experience preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with basic web management tools and SEO best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana or similar).</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Comfort working with data and basic performance metrics.</li><li>Ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.</li><li>A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies.</li></ul>Physical Demands / Work Environment This position is based on-site at MFUSED&rsquo;s Scottsdale headquarters. The role involves frequent computer-based work and collaboration with internal and external teams.
