 Primary roles and responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To ensure the stability, continuity and efficiency of the Newgen BPM &amp; Automation Anywhere RPA Platform by providing high-quality production support, troubleshooting system issues, and proactively enhancing system reliability and performance in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide Level 2 and 3 production support for critical insurance applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement long-term solutions to prevent system downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support system upgrades, patches, and configurations by performing impact analysis and validation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document support procedures, contribute to knowledge management, and ensure compliance with incident, change, and problem management processes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Skills Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Newgen tools such as Newgen iBPS, Omnidocs, O2MS, Omni Extract, Omni Classifier and Omniscan. Knowledge of BaNCS is added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere A360, Control room, BOT creator and runners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Java, JSP, Webservices and SQL for change development and data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with incident tracking and ITSM tools (e.g., Manage Engine, Remedy).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with application servers (JBoss).
 </li>
 <li>
 Handson experience in integration interfaces (APIs, SOAP/REST).
 </li>
 </ul>

 Education, Experience and Formal/Professional Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5-8 years of experience in development and ECMS and RPA related development and production support within the insurance or financial services domain.
 </li>
