We&rsquo;re a growing company in the van industry, and we&rsquo;re looking for a <b>Social Media/Content Coordinator</b> who can help us create compelling content that showcases our products, our brand, and the lifestyle behind what we do.<br>
</div><div><b>Position Overview</b><br>
</div><div>We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and highly capable social media/content creator who can capture and produce strong visual content for both our <b>website and social media channels</b>. This person should be able to highlight our products in a way that helps customers imagine them in their own vans and inspires them to buy.<br>
</div><div>This is not just a posting role &mdash; we&rsquo;re looking for someone who understands how to create <b>brand-forward, product-driven content</b> that tells a story, builds trust, and supports sales.<br>
</div><div>The right candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment, capturing vans, products, installs, behind-the-scenes moments, and lifestyle-focused brand content. They should also be organized, proactive, and able to help support the digital side of the business through website updates, email marketing, and general content management.<br>
</div><div><b>Responsibilities</b><br>
</div> <ul><li>Capture photo and video content featuring products, vans, installs, warehouse activity, and behind-the-scenes brand content</li>
<li> Create and edit short-form video, reels, product features, promotional content, and website-ready media</li>
<li> Post consistently across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube</li>
<li> Help plan and execute content that supports product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns</li>
<li> Create content that helps customers understand our products, visualize them in use, and feel inspired by the lifestyle we support</li>
<li> Write captions and marketing copy that align with our brand voice and product messaging</li>
<li> Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters</li>
<li> Help maintain website content including homepage banners, product images, product page updates, and general website upkeep</li>
<li> Organize and manage content files so assets are easy to locate and reuse</li>
<li> Collaborate with team members to capture relevant content across departments and identify strong marketing opportunities</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div> <ul><li>Experience creating content for a brand, product-based business, or lifestyle company</li>
<li> Strong photo and video editing skills</li>
<li> Ability to create content that feels polished, on-brand, and marketable</li>
<li> Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and effective online</li>
<li> Comfortable filming with a phone and/or camera in a hands-on business environment</li>
<li> Strong written communication and copywriting skills</li>
<li> Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once</li>
<li> Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant direction</li>
<li> Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools preferred</li>
</ul><div><b>Strong Plus If You Have</b><br>
</div> <ul><li>Experience creating content for <b>physical products</b>, especially products that benefit from visual storytelling and lifestyle marketing</li>
<li> Experience with <b>Shopify</b>, including <b>website content updates, product page management, basic troubleshooting, and general website maintenance</b>
</li> <li>Experience with <b>email marketing platforms</b>
</li> <li>Interest in or familiarity with <b>van life, overlanding, adventure travel, camping, off-road, or automotive brands</b>
