Develop, update, and maintain the college website to strengthen the user experience and ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.</li><li>
Manage updates and website requests to the cfcc.edu website and my.cfcc.edu portal.</li><li>
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather content and requirements for website updates and new initiatives.</li><li>
Ensure website content is accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>
Implement best practices in web design, user experience (UX), and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the effectiveness of the college website.</li><li>
Create and optimize multimedia content for online platforms, including images, videos, and interactive elements.</li><li>
Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in web development and digital marketing to recommend innovative solutions.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and regulations, such as WCAG and Section 508.</li><li>
Prepare necessary performance and traffic reports for the cfcc.edu website.</li><li>
Learn the college CRM platform (Element 451) and become a comfortable system user within the College&rsquo;s web assets.</li><li>
Utilize embedded page widgets to enhance functionality and improve user engagement on web pages.</li><li>
Serve as IT liaison for the Community Relations department.</li></ul><div><b><br>

This role is responsible for updating web content, ensuring accuracy and ADA accessibility, assisting with website design enhancements, and supporting digital communication needs across departments.
