Position Overview:</div><div>
General supervision of the Sea Spa team including massage therapists, estheticians, nails technicians, spa concierges, and spa attendants. Responsible for administrative duties as well as supervision of spa support staff.</div><div></div><div><br>
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:</div><ul><li>
Assistthe spasupervisorwith coaching,counselingand mentoring staff. Provide input andparticipatein performanceevaluations,interviewsand terminationsin accordancetospa standards.</li><li>
Maintain department scheduling inPMSand Maestrosystemsfor the season. Assistin callouts andprovidingproper coverage according to business demands.</li><li>
Ability to work 5days/40hrs weekly according to business needs and hotel occupancy. Provide administrative coverage asnecessaryincluding desk duties, phonecoverageand/or necessary daily operational service needs.</li><li>
Order andmaintainprofessionalback-bar and retail products. Inventory as needed and coordinate ordering of necessary product with spa manager. Create and send Purchase Orders, ensure each departmentmaintainssupplies as needed.</li><li>
Maintain detailed andaccuratevendor information for all Spa vendors.</li><li>
Ensure department is able toaccommodatetreatments during all business hours. Maintainconsistent spa service standards through treatments that enhance theguest&rsquo;sexperience to exceedexpectation.</li><li>
Ability to coordinate with Housekeeping tofaclitatereadiness and resetting ofspa fortreatments as business volume dictates.</li><li>
Communicate with Maintenance to ensure proper functioning of all facilities and amenities.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Participate andfacilitateongoing education/trainings,including:keepingteamup to date with requiredcontinuing education necessary for licensing, and ongoing industry trends. Product training and create SOP for services provided.</li><li>
Update policies and procedure manuals as needed.</li><li>
Responsible to resolve daily operational situations in the absence of lead therapist and spa manager. Fosterspositiveworking environment and brings forth solutions to continue to raise the bar in the spa.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

A current valid New York State massage licenserequired.</li><li>

Spa Manager

Position:</b> Front Desk Agent</div><div><b>
Reports to:</b> Front Office Manager</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Position Overview:</b> This position will be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.</div><div><b>
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:</b></div><ul><li>
Greet and welcome guest upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address and credit information.</li><li>
Accept payment for guest&rsquo;s accounts both at the time of registration and check out. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of daily receipts.</li><li>
Issue keys to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.</li><li>
Assist with handling mail and facsimiles and providing guest with information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.</li><li>
Book reservations over the telephone and at the front desk when required.</li><li>
Communicating with public, valet, bellman, food and beverage, and housekeeping staff and management in a professional manner</li><li>
Handles customer concerns (and compliments) and upholds Cape Resorts Group&rsquo;s commitment to customer service.</li><li>
Responds to customer inquiries regarding hotel services, room rates, entertainment schedules and restaurants.</li><li>
Informs hotel customer about the properties services.</li></ul><div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</b></h2><ul><li>
Knowledge of computer programs, including, but not limited to, PMS (Maestro), Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure required.</li><li>
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited information exits.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Front Desk Agent

Position Overview: Dock Hand works to ensure the safe docking of all vessels at The Pridwin&rsquo;s dual docks, provides excellent beach service to guests, and assists guests with water sports programming.</p><p></p><p><br>
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:</p><p>
[Beach]</p><ul><li>
Greet and welcome guests, providing chair and towel service at the beach.</li><li>
Provide service to beach guests by executing the standards of service set by the hotel.</li><li>
Keepa clean beach.</li><li>
Responsible for setting up and shutting down the beach chairs, umbrellas, and tables every shift.</li><li>
Maintain a supply of fresh towels throughout the shift and remove all dirty towelstolaundry as needed.</li></ul><p>
[Boat]</p><ul><li>
Assisting the Dock Master with the arrival and departure of vessels from the docks andmoorings.</li><li>
Capture all dock and beach transactions through Aloha PMS system, ensuring all checks are properly signed for.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Assistin collecting touch-and-go fees from boat guests, following cash handling procedures.</li></ul><p>

Assistingguests with the use of complimentary watersports off the docks.</li><li>
Properly securing all water sports and safely storing all equipment.</li><li>
Assistingguests in fishing off the dock.</li><li>
Promptly check on dock safety through shift.</li><li>
Fill dock coolers daily with ice and water &ndash; refresh as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
