 What We Are Looking For:
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking an
 
 Administrative Assistant.
 
 The overall aim of this role is to assist with the essential duties of sales, product development, production and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, is detail oriented, and serious about having a career, not just a job. This is a full-time position in our
 
 New York City Office
 
 working 5 days a week from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage administrative tasks related to sales, product development, production and e-commerce
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up, review, and maintain the organizing of sales orders, purchase orders and product lifecycle
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Process sales orders in a timely manner to meet deadlines and customer ship windows
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise with internal teams (product development, sales, etc.) to ensure all actions of a project are made in time to meet the schedule deadlines
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Help process and complete sample requests for customers
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sort through and manage samples received from overseas and customers on a daily basis.&nbsp;Log and send the samples received to the appropriate persons (i.e. development manager, sales, etc.)
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with showroom maintenance&nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create social media and email campaigns that align with brand
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review customer service messages and provide responses to represent our brand positively
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform other duties as assigned
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Excel
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong written and oral communication skills
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Extremely detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication skills and able to work as part of a team
