<div>Tharseo IT is seeking a Principal Cloud Architect (Cloud Architect Level 4) to lead the design and implementation of secure, enterprise-scale cloud environments supporting federal and mission-critical workloads. This role will provide architectural leadership across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and platform engineering initiatives while guiding engineering teams through complex modernization efforts.
The Principal Cloud Architect will work closely with technical leadership, program management, and customer stakeholders to design resilient cloud architectures that support secure, high-performance workloads. While experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is strongly preferred, candidates with significant experience across major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure are encouraged to apply.
This role is primarily remote within the United States, with periodic travel required to support customer engagements. Certain project phases may require onsite presence in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable cloud environments supporting enterprise workloads</li><li>
Develop reference architectures and engineering standards for cloud infrastructure deployments</li><li>
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement infrastructure automation and deployment frameworks</li><li>
Guide modernization efforts involving legacy infrastructure migration to cloud environments</li><li>
Provide architectural oversight across networking, identity management, and security controls</li><li>
Ensure cloud solutions align with federal security frameworks and best practices</li><li>
Participate in technical strategy discussions with program leadership and customer stakeholders</li><li>
Review engineering designs to ensure performance, resiliency, and operational readiness</li><li>
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to cloud engineers and systems engineers</li><li>
Support proposal development, technical planning, and architecture documentation as required</li><li>
Lead design and implementation of OCI environments using a mature Infrastructure-as-Code platform</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
12+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud engineering</li><li>
5+ years of experience designing large-scale cloud architectures</li><li>
Strong experience with cloud networking, security architecture, and infrastructure design</li><li>
Demonstrated experience leading architecture efforts for complex enterprise environments</li><li>
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one</li><li>
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and federal compliance environments</li><li>
Experience designing resilient, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure platforms</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning and orchestration, along with Ansible for configuration management automation</li></ul>

<div>Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) iSupplier Portal to support a federal DoD financial systems program.
This is a purely functional role &mdash; the ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in supplier-facing portal processes, supplier lifecycle management, and iSupplier integration with the broader Oracle EBS Procurement and Accounts Payable ecosystem. No technical development or coding is required.
The Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, drive AS-IS / TO-BE process design, and act as the primary liaison between federal procurement stakeholders, supplier management teams, and technical delivery teams.<ul><li>

Travel: ~2 days per quarter (Lackland, TX program support)</li></ul>

Develop and execute UAT test plans, scripts, and test cases</li><li>

7&ndash;10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle EBS (focus on iSupplier Portal)</li><li>
