Description 
The Medical Materiel Specialist (MMS) II shall include, but are not limited to, general warehousing tasks, customer support, requisition, shipping, receiving, building medical kits, inventory management, ordering, assemblage management, and operation of various materials handling equipment (MHE), Quality Assurance (QA) and cargo preparation and deployment, to include medical controlled items stored in a secure location, and utilizing, updating DoD MMIS/DMLSS records. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Manage the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure all assets in medical WRM assemblages/kits are accounted for and managed.</li>
<li>Lead management of deferred procurement programs.</li>
<li>Ensure all assigned WRM assemblages are inventoried.</li>
<li>Ensure all assigned WRM assemblages are stored appropriately.</li>
<li>Develop activation checklists for logistics activities.</li>
<li>Coordinating logistics activities with other base organizations, units, and government agencies, ensuring the overall readiness and availability of assigned ECMM to include general medical materiel management and warehouse activities.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly reviews, and provide monthly reports to the COR, of SLEP and DMLSS inventory records to ensure accuracy and program compliance.</li>
<li>Manage shelf-life extension program (SLEP) and serve as SLEP monitor, if required.
</li><li>Maintain WRM, SLEP, MC-CBRN etc. continuity files IAW policy &amp; regulations.
</li><li>Identify and determine proper storage locations (refer, hazmat, flam, etc.)</li>
<li>Brief medical readiness committee on materiel status of all assigned contingency projects.</li>
<li>Conduct self-inspections and maintain support agreements.</li>
<li>Demonstrate use of PPE.</li>
<li>Package and ship temperature sensitive materiel.</li>
<li>Verify incoming material for correctness in qty, condition etc.</li>
<li>Research and resolve shipment discrepancies.</li>
<li>Identify controlled item markings, store and secure in
</li><li>Perform controlled item inventories.</li>
<li>Adherent to controlled management program policy and guidance.</li>
<li>Update MMIS with QA data of new or incorrect data.</li>
<li>Retrieve Hazardous alerts and recalls, inspect storage locations for effected materiel, document actions, update MMIS/DMLSS and perform dispositions actions.</li>
<li>Provide customer support.</li>
<li>Assist in building kits &amp; assemblages.</li>
<li>Utilize Allowance Standard management system (ASMS)</li>
<li>Identify Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI)</li>
<li>Attain certification/license to drive/operate materiel handling equipment (MHE).</li>
<li>Attain cargo certification to palletize and pack medical items and segregate special handling according to regulations.</li>
<li>Develop a WRM acquisition plan in advance of funding allocation.</li>
<li>Work independently at single-location sites.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li> 
</ul>Travel
<ul><li>10% to 25% Travel is required.</li>

</ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or advanced degree in related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of eight (8) years of medical logistics field experience, including specialized experience in Ordering, receiving, and customer support.</li>
<li>Inventory and assemblage (kit) management.</li>
<li>Warehousing operations and use of material handling equipment</li>
<li>Experience supporting medical logistics operations within a healthcare or healthcare support environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience using DoD Medical Materiel Information Systems (MMIS) to process medical materiel transactions.</li>
<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance eligibility.</li>
<li>Experience using Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with the Department of Defense preferred.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.</li>
<li>Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification upon hire.</li> 
</ul>Salary
<ul><li>$ 23.17/hour + 5.09 H&amp;W (health and welfare) hourly benefit</li>

Description 
Supports Army operations by developing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics while analyzing data to identify trends, improve processes, and inform decision-making. Ensures data quality and delivers clear, actionable insights through reports and briefings, collaborating with stakeholders across Army/DOD environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<ul><li>Supports the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of operational dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and other decision-support products in Army-approved platforms such as Power BI, Army Vantage, and other Army enterprise analytics environments.</li>
<li>Collects, validates, and analyzes data from Army and/or DOD systems to support operational assessments, identify trends and inefficiencies, and produce accurate, actionable analytic products.</li>
<li>Applies analytical, statistical, and quantitative methods to support decision-making, policy development, performance monitoring, and other managerial functions.</li>
<li>Supports organizational studies, evaluations, and process improvement efforts by developing analyses and recommendations related to systems, procedures, and organizational changes.</li>
<li>Assists in defining and monitoring performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness, efficiency, readiness, and compliance.</li>
<li>Prepares presentations, written reports, briefing materials, and other deliverables to communicate analytic findings and recommendations; collaborates with functional SMEs, technical team members, and government stakeholders to ensure products meet mission needs.</li>
<li>Performs data quality and product support activities, including reconciliation, cleaning, root-cause analysis, user acceptance testing, deployment support, training, and development of SOPs, user guides, and data dictionaries; as required, assists with authorized AI/ML-enabled analytic tools.</li></ul>

Qualifications
<ul><li> Active Secret clearance. No sponsorship will be provided</li></ul>
<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field of study</li></ul>
<ul><li> 5 years of experience with Army logistics and operational data analysis, including collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting business or mission data; preferred: inventory management and SSA/warehouse data operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI or similar BI platforms, including defining data requirements and translating business questions into usable analytic products.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience with SQL, data querying, data transformation, and data quality management, including validation, reconciliation, cleaning, and root-cause analysis.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing briefings, reports, and other client-facing deliverables.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a client-facing environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Preferred (not required):</li></ul>

o Experience working in Army and/or DOD network environments with associated access, security, deployment, data governance, and cybersecurity constraints;
o Familiarity with Palantir Foundry/Advana and SAP modules to include but not limited to Financial and Accounting and Controlling, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Plant Maintenance, and other authoritative systems of record

o Knowledge of Army logistics, medical logistics, sustainment, and supply chain operations

o Experience supporting development of AI/ML-enabled analytic tools in approved environments

o Experience with forecasting, anomaly detection, demand planning, inventory optimization, readiness analysis, or process improvement

o Experience supporting senior military or civilian leaders
