Full Job Description Position Title: Director of Investor Relations &amp; Capital Raising Company: Capital King Investments LLCOverview: Capital King Investments LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Investor Relations &amp; Capital Raising to lead our fundraising efforts and nurture relationships with prospective and existing investors. This role involves managing the capital-raising process, responding to investor inquiries, and aligning client needs with the company&rsquo;s investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital raising, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of real estate investment.Responsibilities:Investor Relations<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries, ensuring high-quality and timely responses.</li><li>Maintain investor records, oversee the client onboarding process, and ensure compliance with legal and tax documentation requirements.</li><li>Understand institutional clients&rsquo; evolving goals, investment objectives, and reporting needs, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.</li><li>Contribute to the development of investor reports, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client preferences (e.g., digital delivery, jurisdiction-specific requirements).</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, consultants, and other key stakeholders in the industry.</li><li>Utilize CRM systems to track client-related activities and ensure seamless communication.</li></ul>Capital Raising<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing and fundraising materials, including pitch decks, campaign teasers, due diligence questionnaires, and offering memorandums.</li><li>Work with senior leadership to create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan targeting prospective investors.</li><li>Cultivate relationships with prospective investors and coordinate presentations, roadshows, and industry-sponsored conferences.</li><li>Own the entire sales and fundraising process, from initial prospecting to closing investment commitments.</li><li>Nurture existing investor relationships, providing updates on portfolio performance and introducing new investment opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with legal teams to manage final stages of investor negotiations and due diligence.</li><li>Keep abreast of competitor strategies, market trends, and industry developments.</li></ul>Qualifications:Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field (required).</li><li>MBA in finance or real estate is preferred but not required.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>7-10 years of experience in client services or capital raising within financial services or real estate.</li><li>Proven track record of working with institutional investors and successfully raising capital.</li><li>Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and data analysis tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required.</li></ul>Special Requirements<ul><li>High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Strong analytical and financial skills with close attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team.</li><li>High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.</li><li>A coachable, adaptable individual who embraces feedback and change.</li></ul>Why Join Capital King Investments LLC?<ul><li>Be part of a growing and innovative real estate investment firm.</li><li>Build meaningful relationships with industry leaders and institutional investors.</li><li>Opportunity to make a significant impact on the company&rsquo;s growth and success.</li><li>Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded.</li></ul>Location: Flexible/Remote with travel as needed.
