Role OverviewCTS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Arabic-speaking IT Senior Executive Engineer to join our growing sales and business development team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will act as a technical consultant and solution advisor, bridging the gap between complex technology offerings and customer business needs.This role requires a blend of technical acumen, sales expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate CTS&rsquo;s solution portfolio to clients, demonstrate value, and close opportunities.Key Responsibilities* Serve as a technical sales consultant, providing pre-sales support and customized IT solution presentations.* Conduct market research to identify and develop new business opportunities within Qatar.* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment between customer needs and CTS&rsquo;s solution capabilities.* Present and promote CTS&rsquo;s solution offerings, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, RPA, Data Analytics, and Robotics.* Develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.* Collaborate with internal teams for solution development and technical documentation.* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.* Provide feedback to product and business teams for solution improvement and market adaptation.* Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and market trends.Qualifications &amp; Requirements* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.* Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).* Minimum 2 years of proven IT Sales experience in Qatar.* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.* Ambitious, career-oriented, and willing to take on higher job responsibilities within one year of employment.* Understanding of technology domains such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics is an advantage.Compensation &amp; Benefits* Basic Salary* Housing Allowance* Car Allowance* Sales Commission* Medical Insurance* 30-day Annual Leave with Air TicketJob Type: Full-time
