Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveWorking Hours: 50 Hours Weekly (Rotational Shifts)Location: Gulberg III, Lahore.Job Duties<ul><li>Oversee UK operations from our 24/7 control room in Lahore.</li><li>Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.</li><li>Schedule shifts for staff members.</li><li>Must be flexible and willing to work in both day and night shifts as part of a rotational schedule.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum qualification: A-level or graduation.</li><li>At least 02 years of experience in an international (preferably UK) call center in operations, not in sales.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of work experience in a UK-based security company is mandatory.</li><li>Excellent English communication (both speaking and writing)</li><li>English proficiency should be at least 7 out of 10 overall (please do not apply if your English communication is not good).</li></ul>Note: Only apply if you are comfortable with rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you ok working in rotational day and night shifts?</li></ul>
