Job Description: Capitol Waste Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking CDL driver to join our team servicing residential routes in Revere, MA. This is a great opportunity to work with a Local 25 Teamsters company that values safety, consistency, and teamwork.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate a rear-load or automated trash truck on residential routes</li><li>Safely collect and transport waste and recycling materials</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations</li><li>Complete daily routes efficiently and on schedule</li><li>Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts</li><li>Communicate with dispatch and team members as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid CDL Class B license (Class A is a plus)</li><li>Clean driving record. Must bring a current copy to interview, once scheduled.</li><li>Ability to work early morning shifts (typical start times 5:30AM&ndash;6:30 AM)</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions</li><li>Previous waste industry experience preferred, but not required</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Pay wage $37.75</li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Union Pension</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Local routes &ndash; home daily</li></ul>Pay: From $37.75 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Union benefits</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
