<div><ul><li><div>Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems, light refrigeration)</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned customer locations</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Participate in on call rotation</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Log service details accurately using our internal software</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Schedules service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Obtains part pricing, and builds quotes</div>
</li></ul>

</div><div><ul><li><div>Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong mechanical aptitude</div>

</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to use hand/power tools, gauges, and testing equipment</div>

<p>The HVAC Service Sales will sell HVAC services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the services to their needs, resulting in revenue generation by building, maintaining, and improving relationships with clients.</p>

Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and how those needs could be met</li><li>Answers customers&rsquo; questions about services, prices, availability, or terms</li><li>Prepare service contracts for orders obtained, quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications using Salesforce and submit for processing</li><li>Emphasize service features based on analyses of customers&rsquo; needs and on technical knowledge of service capabilities and limitations</li><li>Negotiate prices or terms of service agreements</li><li>Maintain customer records</li><li>Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote service sales</li><li>Develops and delivers sales presentations and closes sales</li><li>Participate in sales forecasting and planning meetings</li><li>Timely manage assigned sales budgets</li><li>Work with General Manager to resolve customer issues</li><li>Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines</li><li>Partner with business development group to identify prospective customers</li><li>Collaborate with colleges to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.</li></ul></div>

Required Education/Experience:</b><br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business/Marketing or High School/Trade School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and work experience of 3-5 years in service/sales position<br>
