 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Manage the maintenance team on 1st shift, keeping equipment and facilities running smoothly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and manage preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure tools, equipment, and systems are reliable and available when production needs them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cost-effective maintenance practices and look for ways to improve efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach and develop the maintenance team to ensure strong performance and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a safe, organized work environment and enforce safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budgeting and long-term equipment improvement plans.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong mechanical knowledge, especially in heavy manufacturing environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with systems like hydraulics, furnaces, or similar industrial equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with maintenance systems (CMMS) and basic computer skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a plant environment.
 </li>

 Senior Human Resources Generalist
 
 for their growing non-union facility. This role will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies in several functional areas to advance business operations and provide high quality HR services.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Overview
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with the development and management of internal HR systems and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategically support various HR functions for the site including, payroll/benefits, training/development, talent acquisition, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee files within HRIS (SAP and Workday preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure organization/location compliance to legal and company policies and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and/or participate in HR-specific projects and initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment and/or administrative level experience.
 </li>
 </ul>
