</div><div>CAPTRUST is seeking a experienced and motivated <b><i>Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead</i></b> to support IAM operations and drive key initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with 7&ndash;9 years of IAM experience and demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide team members. The IAM Team Lead will provide day-to-day technical leadership, ensure operational excellence in identity governance, and partner with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable access solutions.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div><b>
IAM Strategy &amp; Administration</b></div><ul><li>
Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory), including RBAC models, conditional access policies, and privileged identity management</li><li>
Support enterprise-wide SSO integrations, ensuring secure authentication and a seamless user experience</li><li>
Contribute to the development and enforcement of IAM policies and standards aligned with industry best practices</li></ul><div><b>
Access Lifecycle Management</b></div><ul><li>
Coordinate execution and improvement of joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes</li><li>
Facilitate periodic access reviews and ensure timely remediation of identified issues</li><li>
Collaborate with HR and IT to enhance and automate access workflows</li></ul><div><b>
Security &amp; Compliance Support</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in monitoring and responding to identity-related security incidents and alerts</li><li>
Partner with audit and compliance teams to support SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements</li><li>
Identify IAM-related risks and contribute to remediation activities</li></ul><div><b>
Team &amp; Project Leadership</b></div><ul><li>
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to IAM team members</li><li>
Lead IAM initiatives such as SSO onboarding, MFA rollouts, and PAM enhancements</li><li>
Help prioritize work efforts and track progress against IAM deliverables and metrics</li></ul><div><b>
Technology &amp; Process Improvement</b></div><ul><li>
Evaluate IAM tools and recommend enhancements to improve security and efficiency</li><li>
Support development of KPIs for IAM performance (e.g., provisioning time, MFA adoption)</li><li>
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance operational effectiveness</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:</i></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
7&ndash;9 years of IAM experience, including experience leading projects or serving in a team lead capacity</li><li>
Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), RBAC, and conditional access policies</li><li>
Experience with SSO integrations and MFA implementations</li><li>
Familiarity with identity governance and privileged access management (PAM)</li></ul><div><i>
Desired Qualifications/Skills:</i></div><ul><li>
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>
Experience contributing to IAM architecture and cross-functional initiatives</li><li>

Identity and Access Management Team Lead

   Coordinate with the firm-wide Administrative Department on recurring responsibilities, monthly meetings, and location-level support for enterprise initiatives

   Greet clients and manage incoming calls and communications as needed
