Role Overview</h3>
We are seeking two Mid-Level Software Engineers (2&ndash;3 years experience) who are eager to grow into a leadership track. The right candidates will have strong fundamentals in software engineering, solid problem-solving skills, and a commitment to writing maintainable, high-quality code. This role emphasizes skills over specific technologies, so adaptability, communication, and a product mindset matter most.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions. 
</li><li>
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices (SOLID, design patterns, testing). 
</li><li>
Debug and resolve issues, supporting the team in delivering stable software. 
</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps, clients) to ensure smooth execution.

Participate in and contribute to code reviews.

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in software development.

Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns). 
</li><li>
Experience working with modern programming ecosystems (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, .NET, or similar).</li><li>
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with a &ldquo;pixel-perfect&rdquo; mindset when required. 
</li><li>
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and project contexts.</li></ul>

Job Description: 
We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to drive delivery excellence in our engineering department. While our tech stack is JS-focused, we&rsquo;re not looking for a JavaScript expert &mdash; we&rsquo;re looking for a strong engineer and team leader who understands software development processes, builds healthy engineering teams, and leads from the front. 
This is a hands-on leadership role where you&rsquo;ll guide a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable software for global clients. You&rsquo;ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team on client projects.</li><li>
Own technical delivery from design and planning to development and release.</li><li>
Ensure engineering best practices across code quality, testing, reviews, and deployment.</li><li>
Support team members in debugging, system design, and resolving blockers.</li><li>

Solid understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, version control, testing strategies, and CI/CD.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to software architecture and design.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills &ndash; able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Proven ability in decision making and problem resolution.</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations.</li><li>
Great people skills, with a focus on team building, motivation, and conflict resolution.</li></ul>
Nice to Have:<ul><li>
Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks (Node.js, React, etc.).</li><li>
Experience in an IT services, consulting, or client-facing environment.</li><li>
