Job Summary
</b></p><p></p><p>Be a part of the fast-paced Non-Acute pharmaceutical sales team- responsible for winning, maintaining and growing customer relationships. This direct sales and customer account management role is responsible for day-to-day activities like order resolution, placement, and account maintenance as well customer initiatives, sales presentations and more.</p><p></p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Wins and retains new business in assigned sales region.</p></li><li><p>
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers and strategic accounts.</p></li><li><p>
Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity.</p></li><li><p>
Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred</p></li><li><p>
2-4 years of account management or sales experience, preferred</p></li><li><p>
Strong communication and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook</p></li><li><p>
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems, preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Anticipated pay range:</b> $57,000 - $81,000</p><p><b>
Bonus eligible: </b>No</p><p><b>
