Job description:Job Title: Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse &ndash; Doctor On Call ServicesPosition Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and competent Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. This role involves accompanying physicians on home or on-site patient visits, performing essential clinical tasks, and supporting the delivery of high-quality mobile healthcare. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-centric, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist physicians during on-site consultations at various patient locations</li><li>Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</li><li>Provide support during minor procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and patient records</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, post-care instructions, and follow-up plans</li><li>Prepare and manage medical kits and supplies, ensuring readiness and compliance with protocols</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and uphold professional nursing standards at all times</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Nursing</li><li>Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (RN or Assistant Nurse)</li><li>Minimum of 1 year clinical experience</li><li>Strong communication and clinical assessment skills</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi</li><li>UAE Freshers with DHA eligibility are encouraged to apply</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in mobile healthcare, community nursing, or outreach services</li><li>Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification</li></ul>Work Schedule &amp; Transportation:<ul><li>12-hour rotational shifts (day and night)</li><li>Transportation provided from office to patient locations and back</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with a salary of up to AED 4,000 to AED 5,000?</li><li>Have you read the job description carefully before applying?
