<div><p><b><i>We are seeking a dependable, long-term team member for our Evening Scheduling Coordinator position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys solving problems in real time. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients receive uninterrupted care while supporting both clients and care partners during evening hours. This position offers a consistent, predictable schedule and the opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance. <div><p><b>Hourly Wage: $16.50 per hour</b></p>
</div>
<p></p><div><p><b>Training Schedule (3&ndash;6 Weeks)</b></p>
</div>
<ul><li>Monday &amp; Wednesday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM (in-office)</li>
<li>Tuesday &amp; Thursday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM (remote via Microsoft Teams)</li>
<li>Approximately 20 hours per week during training</li>
</ul>
<p></p><div><p><b>Regular Schedule (After Training)</b></p>
</div>
<ul><li>Tuesday&ndash;Friday: 4:00 PM &ndash; 8:00 PM (remote, 16 hours/week)</li>
<li>Required rotating holiday coverage (hours may range from 8:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM)</li>
<li>Required virtual attendance for weekly department meeting: Thursdays at 9:00 AM</li>
<li>Additional hours available for department CTO coverage based on need and availability</li>
</ul>
<p></p><div><p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>
</div>
<ul><li>Answer phones and monitor text messages</li>
<li>Triage crisis and urgent on-call matters</li>
<li>Provide after-hours support to care partners and clients</li>
<li>Handle callouts and urgent staffing needs</li>
<li>Find coverage for same-day vacancies</li>
<li>Fill open and vacant shifts for next-day preparedness</li>
<li>Assist with evening scheduling adjustments</li>
<li>Provide administrative support</li>
<li>Document and communicate staffing changes</li>
<li>Work on special projects as assigned</li>
</ul>

</div>
<ul><li>Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional communication</li>
<li>Access to reliable high-speed internet</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Scheduling experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Ability to think creatively and develop practical solutions</li>
<li>Ability to triage situations and respond appropriately based on urgency</li>
<li>Strong prioritization and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)</li>
<li>Ability to accurately document interactions, updates, and outcomes</li></ul></div>
